When we were in the markman hearing I stated that there was a possibility that it could go against us because the judges were human and they can make mistakes.

This smells so bad that it can't possibly be a mistake. She was pissed at something and that possibility is that here last decoson was off the wall and she was brazen enough to render the same kind of decision.

What is missing here is that there has been no reply from either DM or some aknowledgement from Fred that the fight is not over until the fat lady sings.
