This was tptally unexpected. The judge should never had been on this case. She showed a lack of understanding IP litigation with her last episode that was reverse. That also goes for the idiots she had that clerked for her.

You can tell by the stupid remark she made which indicated she feared the decision she made. There is plenty here for review and reversal of her opinion which was also idiotic.

I thought that when something went to a markman hearing that those that would listen to the presentation has some idea of what was being said. She had no clue and faked it all along.

Yet---- where is EDIG in some kind of response. where is DM. This is not the time to run and hide.
