Sorry, my friend. I sold my KWG the day after I bought it, so tend to forget about it.

At any rate, I expect that their final offer will be for CLF paper, As they can issue that easier than raising cash to make aquisitions. This bodes well for us, as they could probably add another 30% to the offer if using paper. So many possibilities facing us here, and they are almost all positive.
