This is a complication that would serve little value at this time to UC. UC needs to complete their $500K buy-in with exploration $$ this year for their 55% Operator privelege. Also, UC has dusted every hole in the RoF since the 43-101's back in 2007 (??) At this point Jim would not be negotiating from a position of strength.

So I am pleased that UC is not halted this morning.
