If both companies are halted, it probably means that they are still together. We will perhaps see a joint NR.

Otherwise, like if KWG didn't give a notice of amendment, Spider would just have to release a laconic News, saying that they did not receive any notice from KWG and that they are studying their available possibilities...

Not sure Neil and Frank are ready to give up...
