Yes the beer must remain in the freezer for 12-14 minutes, but it is important the beer is already at refrigerator temp when it goes in.

Remove and enjoy, unless you want to take a step further and put a beer mug in the freezer overnight. (I keep all my beer mugs there permanently)

Pour your 14min beer in your overnight mug and witness the beer "slush" form at the top.

In Canada it is called 'semi-orgasmic'.

Another way is to add a scoop of lime margarita slush to your fav ale...this is called an 'iceberg.
