If you're looking for palces to buy PMs, check out http://www.goldshark.com/. They don't sell PMs themselves, but provide comparison prices for just about everything, including junk silver. You pick the type you want (say American silver eagles or generic rounds), put in a number of coins, and you get prices from a number of dealers. The price includes shipping (and credit card surcharge if you click "credit card"), estimated shipping time, and maybe most importantly the BBB rating! You can then click through to the dealer you choose. I haven't bought anything since I found out about the site, but I did find an A+ rated dealer near me with good prices that I would be able to go to, check out the merch before I bought, and save on shipping.
One caveat- I'm not sure how often the prices are updated, though they seem to be kept current judging by the prices I see. I suggest going to a couple of the better sites and checking current prices before buying.
