I think that if they pre pay, that would mean they think this is as low as it will go and there is good news coming. If they don't pre pay, they think they can get more later when share price drops.

Prices of gold and silver going south today making my physical holdings look more poor than most mining values. Right now the upside potential for GHDC and SFMI is more attractive than most any other investment I can think of. I didn't buy this stock for quick flip but more for the longer term. PQ is methodical in his approach toward the end result, which is to make PQ rich and I am here for the ride. Gold and silver may add 50% in the next 3 years GHDC and SFMI may gain by 2000% or more in the same amount of time.

There are $11 million in market cap and 1 million oz equivilent pm in our holdings. It may cost us $500 per oz to recover, still leaving over $1 Billion in profit. We still have possibly the best jpm out there.

I was just thinking that if I was paid my salary of $1,000,000 1n shares that were assessed at .015 then the value of that stock suddenly went to .03, my salary for that term doubled.

Anyone that buys either of these companies at the current prices stands to make quite a profit. $20,000 at .02 will bring a million shares and if most projections are saying $1.00, lots of happy around here.

If I were to be paid my salary in shares of the company I run and the value of those shares was to be determined by the average eod share price, I might just help the price stay low for the appropriate amount of time. This is especially true if I knew that some good news was at hand that will bring the share price up signifigantly.

As far as GHDC or SFMI, the landlord only needs to hire an accountant, whereas SFMI has many expenses, employees and consultants.

Go big is a good idea if we had the funds to do so, but right now its time to start small. To many operations that are profitable this would be concidered big. This is like mom and pop are now ready to send the kids to college, time to reap some of the benefits of their years of preparations.
