Silver Falcon Mining's Profile
Silver Falcon Mining, Inc., is a junior resource production company specializing in gold and silver properties. Silver Falcon Mining, Inc., has acquired the rights to develop and operate the mines of GoldCorp Holdings, Co., on War Eagle Mountain, situated on the Owyhee Gold Trend of the Silver City Mining District in southern Idaho. The War Eagle properties of GoldCorp Holdings, Co., have produced approximately $ 270 Million in gold and silver to date, and are situated adjacent to the open‐pit mines of Kinross Gold Co., (NYSE: KGC), which have produced approximately $ 1.8 Billion in gold and silver.
Initial production on the mountain is scheduled for fiscal year 2008, with an estimated 15 - 20 year lifeofmines. Annual yield, at full capacity, is estimated to be $ 215 Million at $ 650 Gold. (see below) Mar/11/09 Soon to be listed on OTCBB as of Mar 11/09 Property: War Eagle Mountain, Silver City Mining District, southern Idaho
-The War Eagle Mountain property of SFMI has an historic production of underground, high grade gold/silver…adjacent to Kinross open pit property which produced $1.8 billion gold/silver. -War Eagle is the eastern most and highest ore grade of the three gold peaks in the Qwyhee Gold Trend. …includes the most prolific and famous silver producing mine in the western U.S. Idaho Bureau of Mines Report (2 page synopsis) on War Eagle Mountain reports: -3 primary gold and silver veins; “Oro Fino”, “Central” and “Poorman”. -Oro Fino: over 12,000 ft., .5 to 25 ft. thick, grading .5 to 1.25 oz/ton….with 6 known associated veins. -40 other offshoots/veins associated with Oro Fino and Poorman veins. -Another vein, Cumberland, produced very rich ore. -Ore produced has averaged 2.52 oz./ton. (gold/silver combined). -War Eagle production ratio was 1:14: 1 oz. gold to 14 oz. silver. -Several large pockets of very rich ore, “hot spots”, are scattered throughout the mountain with grades of25 oz. gold equivalent /ton….to 90-300 oz/ton. -Estimates of reserves range from 500,000 to 3 million oz gold… confirmed by recent surveys … -and with silver values added these reserves could reach 5 to 8 million ounces of gold equivalent. (rare precious metals analysis to be completed on assay samples re June 17th NR, ie; Rhodium in mineable concentrations). -High grade veins are open at length and to depth in some areas. -Considerable promise for future activity.
Idaho Geological (library) Report: highlights (thanks to ed86…2/27/09 posting on Stockhouse): -prospecting laterally and at depth is justified. -Average ratio form production reveal a 1:30 ratio of gold/silver. (differs with Idaho bureau Report of 1:14 ratio). -Richest ore concentrations found where such veins as Oro Fin, Golden Chariot, Poorman and others were cross fractures intersected them…which require careful observation. -Ore shoots (profitably extractable areas of veins) of up to 500 ft. horizontally, extend to the greatest depths mined (1500 ft.). -Ore shoots are irregular and vary from lean to rich. It is possible that previous workings at depth was done in the most unpromising areas of the veins, without sufficient knowledge of such geological features as pitch. -Previous operators “took out such ore as could be obtained wit a minimum of development work”. (remember that anything under 2 oz. goldwas not considered economical at that time; up to 1933). -“In fact, it is believed that never before or since has so little real exploratory work been done in so important a mining district”.

Mon Dec 10 2007, 09:11AM12/06/07 -- Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SFMI) released details of an independent drilling program conducted on War Eagle Mountain, a gold property. Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. has developmental and operating rights to 14 deep-shaft mines covering the Mountain's primary epithermal Gold and Silver-producing veins. A total of 49 holes were drilled by NERCO, Inc. The holes ranged from 70-feet in depth, to 700-feet in depth, with samples taken at 5-foot intervals, and were intended to test near-surface average mineralization. The drilling used reverse circulation methods and was not designed to provide results similar to blocked-out or core drilling methods, which yield a detailed analysis covering the entire length of the core.

Mon Dec 10 2007, 09:08AM12/04/07 - Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SFMI) released the results of an independent random sampling study conducted on unmapped adits on War Eagle Mountain, a gold property. Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. has developmental and operating rights to 14 deep-shaft mines covering the Mountain's primary epithermal gold and silver-producing veins. War Eagle Mountain has produced approximately 415,000 oz. gold-equivalent to date, worth nearly $ 270 Million. The adits survey performed by D.A. Yeager and C.K. Ikona of Pamicon Developments, Ltd. states: "Limited mapping and samplings were carried out in various underground workings to try and identify any potential ore zones or areas warranting intensive exploration. Veins were sampled where they were obviously mineralized and no attempt was made to sample at the short intervals commonly used to block out ore reserves, as this type of sampling was beyond the scope of this program. However, two groups of samples taken were extremely interesting in their content: Keystone Adit: 63 g/t Gold (2.2 oz Gold/ton) 1,109 g/t Silver (39.1 oz Silver/ton) Illinois Central Adit: 477 g/t Gold (16.9 oz Gold/ton) 3,180 g/t Silver(112.2 oz Silver/ton)"

Mon Dec 10 2007, 09:05AM11/30/07 Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SFMI) today released the results of an independent sampling study conducted on the Poorman mine's tailings of War Eagle Mountain, a gold/silver property. The survey of the waste dumps was performed by D.A. Yeager, and C.K. Ikona, of Pamicon Developments, Ltd. "The dumps were created in the 1800s with ore that was considered low in value and was stockpiled for the day when metal prices were higher. Generally speaking, the cut-off value for ore to be further processed and transported to the refinery was 2 ounces of Gold per ton. The ore that did not meet this requirement was stockpiled. It seems apparent, both from a perusal of the history of the mines and from the results of the preliminary sampling, that the mineral reserves of War Eagle Mountain were by no means exhausted," wrote Mr. Yeager.
