Problem is management can't pull something out of their a$$ if its not there yet(officially). This is not a scam like pennies were a decade ago when companies were putting out any kind of $hit to inflate the price. I remember when I was heavily in the OTC back in 2000, it was absolutely amazing the crap that companies put in their PR's such as they were merging and doing business with your Intel's, Microsofts, etc. I also remember how the pennies put price targets on their stocks as well. Imagine SFMI putting a PR stating we were doing a JV with Newmont or a Barrick and were the price would go? Wow what a wet dream that would be!

Therefore, when news is ready, Im sure they can't wait to get it out to the public and its shareholders as well.
