Also, I believe the company was locked out of buying back shares because they just recently released the year end results etc, but they are looking closely here at buying back. I believe 250K share a day max, but with the volume on QEC these days, that could drive it very high. I honestly don't care to see the company drive it high, let them buy as low as they can. QEC is being picked at by some institutions, but mostly right now it's just a trading stock. Things should get going as soon as we hear some news of this study and proceeding forward.

Other than that it's just people waiting as you can see, with little volume. I'm not on the boards much because it's just a waiting game at the moment!
