Well, the hearing is on it way and expected later this fall. They have decided not to split the 106 bill meaning that have to vote on the whole thing which includes both renewable and oil/gas. This is positive.
If the bill is accepted I am not sure about the road after, but I guess things will start to move with new test drilliings and mapping out the areas, discussing with farmers etc.
Any thoughts on the likelihood of bill 106?

the only reason why it feels wrong for me as a private investor to buy now is that no one else is buying. But I guess that's when you need to be hard and believe in what you see.
It's not often that a company buy back shares and that the same company crashes after. Usually it's a bottom sign. For QEC it's just a matter of time. Even without Quebec the company could at least double if they start to earn money on oil.
I am tempted to just buy as much as I can at these levels at least as long as the company are buying back shares. I am thinking when they are investing in different assets like oil and shale oil they are limiting the downside at the same time.
What is the downside risk at the moment?
I am tempted at these "low" levels.
Anyone buying? No company specific news have brought this down to 4 NOK so maybe a good buy when the indexes turn again?
Not very happy days for us QEC-people.
We can only hope that at one point the share will stop dropping. There must be a bottom somewhere at QEC has both cash and land and production and no dept. If the company had alot of dept I would be more worried.
Rocco what do you think? The situation of the dropping share in not good independent of how long time you are. I am waiting for some triggers
