I talked to Anela today in the morning. The government of Quebec realizes the importance of getting this committee set up as fast as possible so they are in the process right now of forming this group so that work can continue. Anela said once this is established and the interim guidelines, they can see where they are at to get the equipment to frac the next wells etc.
ARGO is an idiot...look for them to buy everything if they can get it to drop there.
Anela also said they are ramping up Antler play because of high oil prices. She said that they have set up a new aquisitions team (along with Dr. Faraj who worked for TLM and is one of the top shale experts in North America)...she said they won't just be waiting around, but looking to new plays in NA and around the world (didn't elaborate too much).
In regards to Quebec though, they are very confident in what's to come and right now they are just waiting for this committee to get finalized so they can move forward.
