GlassHalfFull: What you and everyone else here fail to mention (understand) that regardless how much PTK recovers we will still be getting much less per share because there are 64,000,000 more shares in the pot. That affects your returns on PTK forever and ever.

While it is true what you are saying, GlassHalfFull, it is also true that POET going bankrupt due to running out of money would also affect our returns on PTK forever and ever.

No one here hails this financing (except for those who bought low), but it is by far the lesser of two evils.
