Just thought some might be interested in the fees paid by the company for the great job on the pricing. Broker gets 7% on first $10 million,standard. Then gets additional4% above $10m. This part I find odd, broker will receive in the future 7% of gross proceeds from warrant excercise up to $10M and 4% of warrant excercise above $10m. I have not seen this kind of nice deal before. So the broker will continue to receive fees from warrant excercise well into the future. Do the math. I suppose it may be an incentive for them to get the price above52c to receive the addittional fees.
