You may be right, but I prefer to wait for Q3 results. The only thing that may justify such
share offering is their need for quick cash in order to concrete something bigger and more important than radical but temporarily drop of the SP.

That is why I prefer to wait and see the Q3 result first, and then I will conclude investing in Poet was a right decision or not.
