Not sure why that would be the case. I would think it might be more palatable to people if he sold what he needed to ahead of news to avoid the appearance that he was timing his selling to take advantage of insider information.

There has been zero selling by any insider except for the very small numbers that Geoff has sold which by the way we were told about a couple years ago in a news release.
