Legally: I don´t think selling just before good news would be insider-suspicous, but selling just before bad news is. So it means we won´t hear bad news the next week.

Practically: Selling just before good news isn´t very smart if you have the time to wait a little after the news. I think he is a smart one but I don´t know about his financial equipment.

So I don´t expect any major news the next week, but maybe I am wrong and he just needed the money badly. As I don´t know it´s all speculation. We were told that he is going to sell shares, so I´m not impressed.
