The question that comes to my mind is that Anadigics continues to have declining revenues. The company will still operate as a subsidiary so one has to wonder why GaAs Labs is buying Anadigics? It is not for the existing product line because it continue to be in steady decline?
The future of optical networks move into datacom is pretty much a given and that is in my opinion the future value that GaAs Labs is seeing in owning this 6 inch GaAs foundry.
Nice to see a substantial purchase by Morgan Stanley. I guess there are many buyers who know that a lot of cheap shares are available re the cheap options and warrants that have been exercised over the past few months. I hoping that the Europe trip which starts next week will have a better sales pitch attached. The message should be "buy now for the future". Yes a lot is happening next year but this is an opportunity for buyers to get in cheap to get their starter position.
