Coaster...I suspect your statement has merit. It fits into my thinking and some others that POET has asked Pinetree if they wanted them to find a buyer. From Pinetree's point of view they may have felt that they would not get fair value for those shares and if they could wait long enough POET would eventually issue news that would place greater value on those shares. It is an interesting theory to think about.

A high stakes game of chicken...who will blink first.

POET retail shareholders of course get caught in the middle trying to piece it together.
