Great point about the dropping Loonie, and how that might help us. I've said all along that it's not necessarily what POET is ultimately worth, but how much someone is willing to pay. And everytime you read another massive tech buy out in the 10's of billions, it makes it that much easier for our BOD to leverage their own price.
As for us retailers getting screwed. Not so sure. A hostile bid is unlikely because of the secrets held by Dr Taylor, and the fact that he has quite a stake in the company. He's the ace up the sleeve to make sure there's no funny business. (Of course, he could be privately paid out or hired I suppose)
