Auminer, to your reply to Rosehill may I add to the following:

Just what effort would be considered adding value that has not been done by Noront allready?

It is easy to gripe about a cup being half empty but in this case it is at best empty by a spoon full. Noront has to patiently wait with us investors for the governments and natives to get their act together. To complain too much to these groups could only worsen the situation for Noront by making them back up onto their heels. We can not afford to antagonize them even if they deserve it.
