Noront Resources

I have lost my crystal ball somewhere between 2007 and 2008 so do not depend on me to predict what is in the future. Current markets are so screwed up / manipulated that it is near impossible to predict what may happen even by so called experts.

I base my permit timing on what has happened with Noront. Imho the permits are ready but on hold due to undefined factors between governments and native communities. Until those are settled no permits for anyone in the Ring.

All am convinced about, or more properly am opined about, is that natives need roads first, a railway does little for them. Unless they get it plus a few other demands before hand they will protest and probably blockage any other action by miners or governments.

To say otherwise is just optimistic hype.
