Of course moving is an option. Close to 50% of the natives have already done so, only half still live on the reservation, why can't the rest move as well? I would love to see a comparison between the natives on reserve and those off reserve. I would bet you the ones off reserve are much happier and doing much better than the ones on the reserve. Will we ever see such a comparison? not likely because it would not suit the vested interests.

The road and rail should be built for the purposes of mining not for the natives. If they can benefit from it great. The determining factor should not be making the natives happy but the economics of it all, like it used to be before the natives claimed half the province as theirs. The natives have no legal right to any land outside their reservation. We need the government to stand up for all Ontarions and take back the crown land not just roll over and play dead like they have done.
