Madoure has the right to force NOT to exercise its right to repurchase the 75% from Eagle Hill, effectively giving Madoure 100% and NOT upto 16 million in the treasury.

NOT needs all the cash it can accumulate, the 16 mill certainly fits the bill and Maudore wants Windfall.
