Madoure has the right to force NOT to exercise its right to repurchase the 75% from Eagle Hill, effectively giving Madoure 100% and NOT upto 16 million in the treasury.

notster..........If the deal goes, Noront would get 10 Mill. from Maudore Minerals for

25% of EAG.The $6 Mill would go from Maudore to Not and Not would pass it on to Eagle Hill.

So to make it clear $ 6 mill is not Noronts.
