It was only 2 Jun, NOT closes the BaoSteel Deal at 86c (Deal announced 2 May)

BaoSteel's position is now down 26.7%,...Why?

Much selling is being c/o Anonymously, 60-70% on many days. Why? Is there animosity towards this new Chinese position and foothold into the RoF?

Are there so many non-believers that Infrastructure will not be delivered near term?
