Now-now, the only thing that went well with the FWR investment is that I didn't tender to NOT (and the measly 2/7 shares they were offering, if I remember correctly) ...

Seriously though, here is my point:

IF management is truly worried about a takeover, why not do something about it? IF there was news to release that would increase the shareprice why not let it out? Surpressing the news and surpressing the shareprice can only make us more of a takeover target? I'd expect that at this point, most of the big guys have heard about us, so all that is happening by have a low shareprice is wetting their appetites. Also, wouldn't it be a nice boon for retail, to have the option of doubling down, at pre-announcement prices given a takeover attempt?
