EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - April 5, 2010) - Grizzly Discoveries Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GZD) (FRANKFURT:G6H) ("Grizzly") is pleased to announce that subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), it has retained IR Pro Communications ("IRPC") of Delta, British Columbia to provide investor relations services.

IRPC will be responsible for assisting Grizzly with the expansion of its investor relations and corporate communications. Brian Testo, President and CEO of Grizzly states, "We are very pleased to be working with Nancy Massicotte and her team at IR Pro Communications. We believe that enhancing our communications strategy will add substantial value to Grizzly by increasing public and investor awareness of Grizzly's aggressive mineral property acquisition and exploration strategies."

Grizzly and IRPC are at arm's length and have entered into a written agreement for an initial three month term commencing April 1, 2010. IRPC will receive compensation in the sum of $3,000 per month and will also be granted stock options ("Options") under Grizzly's incentive stock option plan to purchase up to 100,000 common shares of Grizzly ("Shares") at a price of $0.40 per Share, or at such other price acceptable to the Exchange. The Options are for a term of two years (unless terminated earlier under the Plan) and vest in equal quarterly amounts over the first year of the term. IRPC advises that it does not hold any Shares or rights to acquire Shares other than the Options and that it provides investor relations services to "small cap" public companies in Canada and the United States.
