yup CS, can see them but no contact info, and i sure as hell aint putting my email here, lol,,,
agoracom wont allow me to send pm's???probably because i tell the truth too much, lol,,,
Larry, as you have so much demonstrated to be a stickler to details (i am referring to your ongoing ZEN/CCB whatever you wanna call it???), when you say "i haven't missed one yet, and every year reminds me why this is the case", that's simply not true,,,i was at the first one and golfed with Francis and you weren't there,,,as usual the devil is in the details, lol,,,
why do i think this?, i will quote a federal official commenting on why Bombarier aid will not be in Fed budget,,,
from thisam's Globe&Mail,,, The government and Bombardier said negotiations are still ongoing and there will not be an announcement on an aid package until after the March 22 federal budget.
"it is a complete separate track. It will be separate from the budget", said the federal official who explained that it would be difficult to book money in the budget when a deal has not yet been completed. "its not like we can put it in the budget and we know how much it is going to be and we are going to hand it to you. ...And when the outcome is going to be dependent on negotiations with the company ,so if we were to put that in the budget, WE WOULD BE DICTATING THE OUTCOME"
i believe the feds are taking the same tact with ROF funding,,, no deal yet, and will use same line, we dont want to dictate outcomes,,,i realise comparing apples with oranges here, and i do have some skin in the game, this is just my opinion on how the feds will delay,,,
http://www.thestar.com/opinion/commentary/2016/03/06/in-the-north-justin-trudeau-can-accomplish-great-things.html
i realise this article specifies the north as the arctic but surely ring of fire should be in same conversation but sadly not even mentioned,,,
as far as gov spending on infrastructure goes we all know the mandate is lets spend on stuff that will stimulate the economy now, but not only short term job prospects but long term, hello!, road to ring of fire, constuction and mining jobs and some permanent roads to isolated first nations, kill two birds with one stone,,,hello?, no brainer,,,
yet, not a peep,,,me thinks both Wynne and true-dough have ROF as part of LT second term plans 8 yrs down the road, shallow promises indeed, as jury still out on true-dough but Wynne has zero chance of second term,,,
