It was the provincial government that sold all the claims in the ring of fire, what did they think was going to happen. They had full knowledge that this area would be staked, explored and finely mined. This is just another of the many processes that take place in the development of a wilderness area; re: environmental groups, save the animals etc. I think they have to think of the people. It was not that long ago all of Canada was wilderness. Can’t hold up progress and the Government wants this developed.
