I think that the phrase "any person or company acting jointly or in concert with Noront" is restricted to formal or documented business relationships. I am not a securities lawyer, but that is my interpretation. For example, Cliffs released a NR that mentioned the potential of bringing in a partner on the RoF development. If that partner was accumulating during this phase of the open offer period, and a formal relationship existed between the two parties, I would think that would be in violation of this law. I use that as an example only. It is not an accusation or negative inference.
