Gerwin,

Price stability is what all serious investors are looking for. It may be too early to tell but I believe the NOT team is taking steps to bring measurable value to the company. I believe the stock price is reflecting a cautious optimism on the part of investors. Some would like to attribute this action to manipulation in support of the FWR acquisition. It's expected from those who support a free and independent FWR.
