I was rather hoping that NOT would be more reasonable as I was hoping for a spin off etc on FWR leaving NOT only with the ROF property. I'm not happy about CS and other assets being taken by NOT should the deal go through therefore they will not be getting my vote. NOT would have to come up with absolutely staggering news to entice me. I await the bedazzling but I don't expect it. The fact is that I don't trust whose hands other properties would wind up in. Had they been more transparent with information concerning WF etc., I would think differently but they didn't think well enough ahead regarding the affect on SHs their actions would have and will pay the price as far as my votes are concerned.
