Before I get taken to the cleaners for whatever, could I suggest that everyone carefully read their AGM package (I just received mine yesterday).

I intend to be at the meeting. I intend to listen carefully. And let me say here, I am not against a merger if it is friendly and serves the best interests of both Not shareholders and FWR shareholders (I have both).

A couple of things that caught my eye - fact : MR. Keith McKay is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in ---------- merger and acquisions. Previously he was VP (Vice President) and CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of Aurelian Resources Ltd. He is now CFO of NOT.

Fact: Mt. Wesley Hanson ------ previously held the position of VP, Techinal Services for Kinross Gold Corp. He is now CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of NOT.

Fact: Mr. Patrick Anderson was a Director, the President and CEO of Aurelian Resources.

While the fees and options earned by Mr. McKay are listed, I see no dollar value attached to Mr. Hanson. However, it does say that his target bonus is up to 100% of his base salary. Everyone else has a target bonus of 30%.
