I have been involved with several buy-outs and none of them have ever been what the share holders expected.

The management team always looks after themselves first and we are along just for the ride.

That 60million offer for black Creek looks really good now. Bird in hand.

I know this that PRB is being sold for the highest price the stock has ever been, not like

many others where the shareholders were left holding the bag with a stock price much higher than the B/O.

Yes I would like more and we may still get it, but as it stands now I have many ten's of thousands $ profits. Bird in hand
