Sambone, you have valid points without question. I gave you a green hand because I agree with most of your post. But the one thing that you can still do now is sell your FWR shares for cash. It's unfortunate if dual shareholders are forced into this situation, but there is a way out. Or halfway out if you prefer.

I want money for my FWR shares....not more shares of a company that will then dilute, dilute, dilute, while issuing options, options, options....AUR,AUR,AUR.
