To say that FWR chrome at $4 per share isn't a foregone conclusion is correct.....it may be more.

Look how the market is valuing NOT's Ni today.

I don't mean to make an example of anyone, but this is an excellent example to consider. Look at the contrast in the assumptions of the two statements. The first one ignores how the market is valuing FWR's chromite. The second one emphasizes how the market is valuing Noront's Eagle's Nest. A valid comparison must be based on the same set of assumptions. There are other contrasts in assumptions, but I focussed only on the obvious one.
