I'm not sure that you correctly understand the term "overbought". Or perhaps I misinterpret it. The definition of overbought is as follows:

"A technical opinion that the market price has risen too steeply and too fast in relation to underlying fundamental factors."

To the best of our knowledge, and I would say that of the rest of the market right now, there is pending news that the underlying fundamental factors are indeed worth the price of the stock at this time. Otherwise, no one would be buying it. With the trading that we are seeing, what actually happened is that we were undersold and are simply catching up to the real value right now. There have actually been numerous valuations prior to the rumours and trading that placed the Noront shares as undervalued as well.

Of course, I am just a stock neophyte, but I think this is really what we are seeing.
