Hello DJO; I really enjoy a good debate. I won't ever walk away from a really good argument (friendly). I do though insist that both sides be talking about either apples or oranges.

I was talking about the private placement that is in progress (apples). Your rebuttal refers to the options that were given to directors (oranges).

My purpose, then and now, is to encourage everyone to take a moment to review the facts before posting on this forum. This is our company, win or lose, and this forum is the public face of it. To be a shareholder, whether happy or unhappy, and be posting un truths/ half truths is just plain stupid. Sort of like hitting yourself with a stick because it feels so good when you stop.

Enough said. I am going to take a breather for a while.
