While calling upon MP or MLA(in Ontario) might seem appropriate you must consider that 'TIME IS OF THE ESSENSE' since these deals once approved by TSX are pretty much a done deal.

In my opinion ONLY the TSX regulatory guy's/girls are in a position to throw up a stop sign or roadblock.
