D12, good reasoning, but I think the problem some posters mentioned is the following:

If a PP for 20 Million @ $ 1.00 is done, the company could be bought out for far less than your estimation of a $ 1.5 million or $10/share. Even @ $3.00 the pp'ers would make a huge profit. Take care - helium
