And we all need to keep in mind that there are an increasing number of spectators at present awaiting certainty of the vote outcome in current Managements favour. And once having that certainty, they will be doing more than dipping their big toe into the waters checking the temperature. They already know the temperature. Now they want to see the Winds blow out to sea. The vote will either whip up a tornado (rosseau flame out) or calm the stormy NOT Weather (current Management speaking to nera term plans while awaiting agreements on Development Financing).
