It is incredible if only 15 Million votes remain to be voted. That is almost unheard of turnout of voters. This kind of 'retail' turnout should scare Rouseau.

This proxy fight was a dumb idea right from the start on the part of Rousseau and can do nothing but cost everyone money and tarnish his and institutions reputations.
