So, let's understand the 10,000 foot view from thin oxy altitude according to your recount:: Here we have a group of Insiders, acting in concert, who collectively believe that a stock trading at a $1 and being carried on PNP's books (a public company) at something in excess of that, is worth $.20 on a good day. Somehow, that does not sound like something PNP would like to hear just yet. We may be just a bunch of amateurs, but it would be really nice to know what OSC/TSX rules apply to this. Are you sure you heard that correctly, and perhaps PNP would like to refute it as I own both. Maybe I have mis-interpreted your post.
