To me it sound logical Rousseau would not have tried this proxy fight unless they were assured of having close to 30% of votes in their hands. Genuity likely put pressure on their own customers who bought Noront shares as a result of their early recommendation to vote their way.

All this means is that it is critical ALL we retail long term and new investors vote for existing management to prevent this unwarranteed take over attempt. We collectively do hold enough ownership to have our way if we VOTE.

Agoracom rightly can take a lot of credit along with forum members for getting out the support and votes for current Management and Dick Nemis.
