When looking at the proxy form, the best way to know for sure that it is supporting current management is to look for Kevin Feeney and Richard Nemis to be the proxy voters. Some US investors could have received yellow proxies and they still would have been for Noront. The office did resend new white proxies to everyone so better to be safe to use only white proxies. Anyone who does not have a proxy can call the office at 1-416-864-1456, ask for Elaine and she will get you a new control number with which you can just go vote online at proxyvote.com
