Dear Old Joe,

I could not agree with you more, but there is NO body; let alone a legal body: man enough to stand up and say, 'enough is enough'. we will reappraise the WHOLE situation and what is more to actually take action. Currently, even in Canada every area has it's own different apparent control who is responsible to no man and hides behind the fact that they do not have to report openly to any authority and uses the factor of non-disclosure to hide their own inept performance.

Have you seen what these people are paid?
