It would be nice to have the dissident group defeated in the proxy vote, BUT it also should never be permitted to go that far. Thus, having it Injunctioned by Legal Authority should be made. And doing this being a clear direction to the Securities Regulatory BUNCH that they are also liable for NOT doing their Lawful RESPONSIBILITY.

In the meanwhile, we must continue the fight, for our own sake (as respectable Retail Investors), and consequently also for the effort to make a less that honest regulatory system do the job it is supposed to be doing for all situations respecting Manipulation(s) of ALL Kinds.

Regulation Authority can be effective in carrying out it's Legally Mandated Responsibility. All that is needed is proper Accountability. That means, Regulatory Authority is Legally Accountable for it's acts and failures to act. There is Criminal Grounds for dealing with any failure(s) of Regulatory Authority.

This is something Governments NEED to insist on. And Governments should be HELD ACCOUNTABLE TO THEIR REPRESENTATION. Accountable to the LAW and accountable to their electors.
