Just got off the phone with the Rosseau camp. After I pried as much as possible from the caller I have two thoughts.

Firstly I suggested to him I would be better informed if I knew who was supporting this dissident camp. He actually went to ask, came back saying he could not share that and it will be in an upcoming news release. He would not name names, but clearly from what he says it sounds like those people/companies of the 2008 private placement are the ones not happy.

Secondly and in line with my previous post maybe just maybe NOT,FWR, and others are talking of merging their JBL properties into one company with a completely new board and focused on the ROF only. This of course would eliminate the present threat.
